1. Research the product

First of all, you should explore our shop. If you already know the product you are looking for, to make it easier you can access the "search" section by entering the name or the brand of the product you want. The price shown for each product is the final price to be paid by the customer, including the VAT rate (however, it does not include the postage fee).

2. Shopping cart

When you click "Add to Cart” on a product, it will be automatically added to your "Cart". To view your cart, simply click on "Cart", and you can change the quantity or delete it. If you wish to return to the shop, simply click on "Continue Shopping".

3. Confirm your order

Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, go to "Cart" and finalise your order by clicking on "Proceed to Check-Out". You must fill in the "customer information" and select the most convenient payment method. Then click on "Review Order" and finally "Order".

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming it with a description of the products ordered. The payment of your order is only validated on receipt of a confirmation email. You will receive a final email confirming that your order is ready to go.
